Your HOA fees help keep River Gate beautiful and safe for everyone. Recently, HOA funds covered the removal of a dead tree from the common area— just one example of how your dues support the upkeep and safety of our neighborhood. Here are a few more ways your HOA funds are hard at work:

Landscape & Maintenance: Care for entrances, cul-de-sacs, and the guardhouse with seasonal plantings, lighting, sprinklers, and weekly upkeep.
Holiday Decorations: Festive displays at our entrances throughout the year.
Neighborhood Communication: Stay informed through e-blasts, Evites, and this website—with our member directory, calendar, and documents.
Community Events: Enjoy member-only gatherings like the Spring Fling, Wine Social, Halloween Bash, and Holiday Party.
Welcome Gifts: New neighbors receive a warm River Gate welcome!
Halloween Bash
Join us for the Annual River Gate Halloween Bash. We will have plenty of food, drinks and fun for all, a jumpy house for kids and games and music for families to enjoy. This party is for all ages. Parents and children can head out to Trick-Or-Treat along Brandon Hall Drive at dark and others can stay and get to know your neighbors. If you are an HOA member, you should have received an e-vite link. If you are not a member, it’s a perfect time to join now!
